1. Who we are

At First Sight SG is a Singapore-based blind dating concierge service operated by Uniq Labs. When we say “we”, “us”, or “the service” we mean At First Sight SG. When we say “you” we mean the person using the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract in Singapore. You must be a resident of Singapore or able to attend a date in Singapore at a time we agree. One account per person. You will provide accurate information on your questionnaire. Misrepresenting your age, gender, relationship status, or other material facts is a breach of these terms and may result in removal from the service.

3. How matching works

We use an automated compatibility engine to score potential matches from your questionnaire responses. When the score is high enough, we offer the match to both parties. Both parties must accept within the offer window and both must pay the applicable fee for the date to be confirmed. We do not guarantee that any match will be offered, accepted, or lead to any particular outcome.

4. Fees and payment

There is no fee to sign up, complete the questionnaire, or receive match offers. Fees are charged per match, per person, and are paid via PayNow in Singapore Dollars. Current pricing is shown on our landing page and will be displayed again before you confirm payment. Your fee covers the matchmaking, venue research, and reservation. It does not cover the cost of food, drinks, or any other expense at the restaurant, which is billed to you by the venue directly.

5. No refunds

All fees are strictly non-refundable. You are paying for our matchmaking work and booking, not for a guaranteed outcome. If your match does not show up, cancels, reschedules late, or the date does not go well, we do not issue refunds or credits. As a goodwill gesture, in the case of a no-show we may, at our sole discretion, escalate you to priority in the rematch pool. This is a gesture, not an entitlement.

6. Your conduct on a date

You agree to treat your match with respect. You agree to arrive at the venue at the agreed time, or to notify us in advance if you genuinely cannot. You agree not to discriminate against, harass, or endanger your match in any way. You are responsible for your own safety and for knowing your own limits. You are meeting a stranger in a public place, and you accept the ordinary risks of doing so.

7. Your privacy and theirs

We will never share your photo, last name, contact details, social media, or workplace with your match before the date. In return, you agree not to attempt to identify your match in advance, to ask the venue staff for information about them, or to stalk them online after the date if they do not wish to continue contact. 8. Our right to refuse service

We may, at our sole discretion, refuse or terminate service, refuse to offer a match, or remove you from the platform at any time, including for breach of these terms, for misrepresentation, for conduct we consider disrespectful to other members, or for any reason we consider harmful to the community. Fees already paid for completed match offers remain non-refundable.

9. Limitation of liability

We provide a matchmaking and introduction service. We do not conduct background checks, verify employment, income, marital status, or criminal history beyond reasonable identity verification. You enter into any interaction with a match at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the service is limited to the total fees you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute will be resolved in the Singapore courts.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email to the address on your account. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
