How do you match without photos?
Our team reads every answer you give us. Values, lifestyle, relationship goals, non-negotiables, communication style, the way you answer the open questions. A match only goes out when we're genuinely confident. It's why most members wait two to six weeks between offers, not two hours between swipes.
What if they don't show up?
It's rare. Both of you paid and both of you agreed to the venue, which is exactly why this works. If the rare no-show happens, we do not refund. The fee paid for the matching, the verification, and the platform, not for the outcome. The no-show loses their account and their fee. You go back in the pool and wait for the next match.
How do you stop people from catfishing?
Every member records a 6-second selfie video, uploads a photo of their NRIC, and confirms their legal name, last 4 of NRIC, and date of birth before we offer them a match. All stored in an encrypted private vault, never shown to your match. One NRIC, one account, no exceptions. If the person who shows up doesn't match who we said you'd meet, you walk out. We have the evidence to act on it.
Is this safe?
Singapore is one of the safest cities in the world, and that's the whole reason this model works here. Every member is ID-verified before any match goes out. Every restaurant on our list is public, chosen by us for being well-lit, staffed, and busy. The two of you agree on the specific spot and time inside our app before either of you goes anywhere. If something feels off, you leave. You owe them nothing.
Do I have to go on the date alone?
Yes. The magic is that you both show up, blind, and just have dinner. A public restaurant, early evening, no pressure. If something feels off the moment you arrive, you're free to leave. You're an adult.
How long before I get matched?
Depends on who else is in the pool. Most members get their first match offer within two to six weeks. We'd rather leave you waiting than send you someone who isn't a real fit.
What if I don't want to accept a match?
Then don't. You only pay when you accept. If we offer and you pass, you go back in the pool for the next one. Simple.
